Honda 1000 Left Turn Obilvion
The photos here show what happens when a vehicle driver fails to look out for motorcycles on the road. This one is a Honda 1000 that was smashed when a car made a left turn in front of it, launching the rider into the air and landing him about 20 feet away from his bike. The rider didn't fare too well either, suffering severe knee injuries and other fractures. As usual, the insurance company tried to say a skid mark at the scene was caused by the motorcycle and that the rider had been speeding. Nice try! It is almost impossible to get the speed of a bike from a rear wheel skid, and the skid wasn't from my client's bike!
